SEMINAR ON IMPROVING LAW ON INVESTMENT BUDGETING

On September 19, 2014, the Ministry of Planning and Investment organized a seminar on “Improving the key role of the central budget in enhancing resources for development and investment in the revised law on the state budget” sponsored by USAID in Can Tho. Participants are representatives from investment units in Southern provinces and scientists from Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and Can Tho. Dr. Le Trung Thanh, Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong and Pham Chi Khoa represented the UEL in the seminar and had two presentations on the practice, efficiency of investment budget management and suggestions to improve and perfect the revised law on the state budget.
