STUDENT CAREER ORIENTATION ACTIVITIES
COMPREHENSIVE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
1. Purpose
Student career orientation activities that Faculty of Finance and Banking associated with partners including banks, investment funds, securities firms, manufacturing enterprises, aims to:
- Help students expose to real working environment, connect between theory and practice.
- Help students acquire the necessary soft skills such as teamwork, communication, interviewing skills when applying for a job.
- Help students integrate immediately to the work environment.
- Help students grasp career opportunities and pursue different directions in finance and banking sector and other opportunities in accordance with their abilities.
2. Orientation
Student career orientation activities are conducted under regular, continuous and periodic directions, depending on stages and career trends that society needs. Specifically, Faculty has held annual and periodic activities as follow:
- Recurring events: are organized every year to help students grasp real work experience, access to professional working environment and develop soft skills
- Annual activities include:
a. Annual site visit program
b. Annual student evaluation
