CLOSING CEREMONY FESE 11
On 10/12/2014, the final round of FESE Stock Exchange Simulation 11 and the signing ceremony for strategic co-operation between University of Economics and Law and Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation officially took place at University of Economics and Law, VNU-HCM with the participation of more than a thousand students from various universities and colleges in HCM City
In the final round of FESE 11 and the signing ceremony, we had the honour to welcome Mr. Tran Tuan Anh – Deputy Head of HCM agency of the State Security Commission of Vietnam, Mr. Tran Dac Sinh – Chairman of Administration Board of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange. Additionally, the ceremony took place with the honour presence of two AUN-QA assessors for the major of Finance and Banking. FESE 11 left the two assessors with good impressions.
FESE 11 included FESE online, which happened from 02/11/2014 to 05/12/2014, and FESE offline on 10/12/2014. The final round and FESE offline simulated the 3 trading days of a real exchange. Each trading day lasted for 35 minutes including 3 sessions with an exciting atmosphere of continuous fluctuations of market figures.
In the final round, the signing ceremony for strategic co-operation between University of Economics and Law and HSC was also successful.
Ass. Pro.PhD Nguyen Tien Dung – Rector of University of Economics and Law and Mr. Le Cong Thien – Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation represented the two parties to sign the memorandum of strategic co-operation
FESE 11 has helped students practice their collegiate knowledge andapply to real trading, simultaneously provided them a precious opportunity to
research and experience the atmosphere of a real stock exchange. Sponsor
representatives and the University awarded excellent students who achieved the
program’s prized.
The success of this year’s program will lay a firm foundation for FESE 12 to develop more successfully, and bring more benefits to students as well.
