VIETNAM – SACRED HOMELAND

On the evening of 14/6/2014, the Student Union of Faculty of Finance and Banking turned up to join in the meaningful program “VIETNAM – SACRED HOMELAND”, which was held by the Student Union of Ho Chi Minh City. More than 4000 students from every university and college in the city attended this event.           
The program signified the sense of students and young people towards the East Sea. SU chairmen of each university handed national flags to Vietnam naval forces.            
Once again, a declaration resounded to protest China against moving its oil rig (Haiyan 981) to Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone and continental shelf. 
We are proud to be Vietnamese. We are resolute to protect our independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. As students from Ho Chi Minh City (the city honorably named after Uncle Ho), we are supposed to study hard and uphold such practical and meaningful activities!
